Carly Wilson is a partner at Nation Consulting, where she focuses on campaign finance, communications, and strategy for state and local campaigns and nonprofits. Over more than five years at the firm, she has helped candidates, officeholders, and nonprofit organizations across Wisconsin navigate complex political and communications challenges, including nonprofit communications and community engagement work in Milwaukee.

Prior to Nation Consulting, Carly served as Deputy Director of Emerge Wisconsin, where she trained hundreds of Democratic women on how to run effective campaigns for public office. She also spent time in the public sector as part of the Milwaukee County Executive's communications and outreach staff, in addition to several years working on Democratic campaigns in field, finance, and management roles across southeastern Wisconsin.

Carly attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and currently resides in Milwaukee's Martin Drive neighborhood.
